This group is a mix of education and case consultation for providers working with clients with disordered eating or who have an eating disorder as a “secondary diagnosis” and want support navigating these cases. Perhaps you have a long-term client with newly emerging restrictive, binge, or purge behaviors that you are unsure how to address; Or maybe you are struggling to conceptualize the function of your clients' diet or over-exercise behaviors. The first 30 minutes of each meeting will be dedicated to education on topics including lesser known ED symptoms, underlying functions of disordered eating, applying common interventions to ED behaviors, considerations when treating queer and trans folks with EDs, and external resources to supplement your clients’ treatment. The second 30 minutes will be spent discussing cases voluntarily presented by group members.

Cost:

$375 for all 5 sessions (flexible payment options); 2 sliding scale spots open at $200 for all 5 sessions
